About
Technology should make business easier, not more complicated.
That sentence is the whole reason this company exists. Most small businesses are not underperforming because the owner is not working hard enough. They are underperforming because the tools do not talk to each other and everything falls back on somebody remembering.

Automate | Elevate | Dominate
What we are for
We build the digital systems that keep your business moving.
ElevateXAutomation builds three things: the websites customers find you through, the commerce systems they buy through, and the automation that handles everything that happens next. Separately those are common enough. Connected, they behave like a business that has somebody on the phones at all hours, which is what most owners are actually trying to buy.
The work usually starts with a symptom rather than a brief. Calls that never get returned. A site nobody can find. Stock that never matches the till. Estimates that go out and are never chased. None of those are website problems in isolation, which is why a website on its own so often fails to fix them.
So the approach is deliberately unglamorous. Work out where the business is losing time or customers, build the smallest thing that fixes it, connect it to what is already there, and only then talk about what to add next. There is no version of this where you have to buy everything on day one.
How we work
Four things we will not compromise on.
We build the system, not just the page
A site that does not connect to anything is a brochure. The value shows up when the site, the calendar, the payments and the follow up are one system.
You own every account
Domain, hosting, Shopify, CRM. All of it stays in your name. We are the people who make it work, not a landlord you have to rent your own business from.
Plain language, always
You should be able to explain your own system to somebody else after one conversation. If an explanation needs jargon, it usually means the thing was built wrong.
Start small, add when it pays
Most clients start with one piece and expand once it is earning. There is no version of this where you have to buy everything on day one.
What we actually do
Five stages, one connected system.
- 01
Build
Website, ecommerce, digital infrastructure
We start with the thing customers actually see. A site or a store that loads fast, reads clearly and makes the next step obvious.
- Website
- Online store
- Booking
- Digital infrastructure
- 02
Connect
Apps, CRM, payments, scheduling, marketing
Then we wire it into the tools you already run on, so a sale, an enquiry or a booking updates everywhere at once instead of being retyped three times.
- CRM
- Payments
- Scheduling
- Marketing tools
- 03
Automate
Remove repetitive manual work
Anything that happens the same way every time gets handed to software. Follow up, reminders, notifications, review requests, internal handoffs.
- Follow up
- Reminders
- Notifications
- Handoffs
- 04
Optimise
Analytics, conversion, SEO
With traffic flowing and work tracked, we can see what is producing customers and what is not, then fix the pages and steps that leak.
- Analytics
- Conversion
- SEO
- Reporting
- 05
Grow
More customers, less manual effort
The compounding part. Search visibility improves, follow up never lapses, and the business handles more work without adding admin headcount.
- Search visibility
- Repeat customers
- Capacity
- Margin

What we take on.
Website Development
Build your digital presence
Shopify and Ecommerce
Build. Sell. Book. Manage. Grow.
Business Automation
Already have a website? Add the engine.
Hosting and Maintenance
Keep it fast, secure and handled
Digital Growth
Turn traffic into booked work
Work is remote by default, which is why the service area is broad. Discovery, build reviews and staff training all happen over calls and screen shares, and you keep ownership of every account involved.

One call is usually enough to work out whether you need a site, a system, or just one automation that takes a job off your plate.
